Ernesto serves as an industry liaison and project specialist for Work-Based Lerning activities for SDCOE's College & Career Readiness Dept. He joined SDCOE from the San Diego Workforce Partnership where he organized hiring and career events and developed internships for young adults entering the workforce. He has his credential for workforce development and career advising from UCSD.
